TOLIOP

The software «Toliop» is intended for individual and tolerant intraocular pressure (IP) calculation for the patients with primary wide-angle glaucoma (PWAG). Tolerant (individually tolerated) IP corresponds to the top value of individual norm of the patient. For stabilization achievement of glaucoma process it is necessary for ophthalmic tonus oscillations of glaucoma patients not to exceed the top border of the individual norms.

Tolerant IP is defined on the data basis of the patient age, systolic and diastolic arterial blood pressure, glaucoma stages and also considers the influence of ophthalmic biometrical indicators such as eyeball front and back size and cornea thickness in the central optical zone.

Toliop allows to predict the speed of progressing glaucoma optical neuropathy on the basis of intolerance index calculation, representing the difference between actual and tolerant IP. It is necessary to note, that mobile app Toliop is not intended for diagnostics of glaucoma.

The software «Toliop» is based on long-term and numerous researches of tolerant IP for the patients with primary wide-angle glaucoma (PWAG) protected by patent authors of Russian Federations on inventions and certificates of registration of the program product.
